  • Mr./Mrs. Momofainin, I can empathize with you for the loss of your child. It is the saddest thing that can happen to a parent. However, to ask Ms. Giffords not to live her life as she sees fit because it is a reminder of other tragedies is unfair.

  • Uhhh, I didn't know it was whiny or cheesy to express sympathy and compassion for such a horrible trajedy in whatever means are available when you become aware of such a catastrophy. I have thought about the Mother and grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc. of those children dozens of times today.
